We focus on MEALS and do a simple cleanse and detox to help REWIRE your system. You will also increase your MOVEMENT frequency with body strength workouts and step tracking. We help you change thought patterns with MANTRA practices. FIRST28 will help you develop healthier habits through the practice of mindfulness.

Take a leap forward towards mastering yourself by building your mind body connection with NXT28
You will incorporate your MANTRAS from mindful prompts and create daily MANTRA MEDITATIONS with them. We also will change up the exercises in your MOVEMENT program and increase the intensity. With MEALS you practice more mindful eating and learn a more holistic approach to portion control and feeling satisfied with your food.

Complete building an unshakable foundation with TotalREWIRE as you bring it all together
MOVEMENT introduces cardio options and different strength formatting to mix up your program. You will have more guidance with a different guided MEDITATION daily. With MEALS you will get more education on how your food is fuel and how it keeps you healthy. You will take time to mindfully reflect on your progress from the previous two cycles and develop more personalised MANTRAS for your daily needs.
